This present utility model provides the process for making vanilla flavored potato ice cream comprising the steps of: a. paring the potatoes; b. boiling the potatoes until cooked; c. cooling the cooked potatoes; d. mixing all the cut cooked potatoes, sugar, cream, condensed milk, salt and eggs in the blender; e. blending all the mixed ingredients and set aside; f. adding of the vanilla; g. adding the vanilla to the blended ingredients; h. blending all again the ingredients; i. pouring of the blended ingredients in the container; j. pasteurizing the blended ingredients; k. cooling the blended ingredients; l. beating the cooled pasteurized mixture at very high speed until soft, smooth, and creamy; m. pouring the heated ice cream in containers; and n. freezing the poured ice cream for 5 hours or until texture is firm.
