Abstract

This utility model relates generally to the food and beverages industry; most specifically to the formulation of spicy Nipa Palm (Nypa fruticans) wine made of Nipa Palm wine infused with dried cayenne (Capsicum annuum) as an innovative alcoholic beverage. These two (2) ingredient recipe is a perfect combination to create locally produced spicy infused wine. This will allow our local wine maker to compete the alcoholic beverages market as well as innovate the locally produced nipa palm wine.
