The present utility model relates to a process of producing an anti-corrosion product from red dragon fruit and a product therefrom. The process of producing an anti-corrosion product comprises the steps of: a. separating the peels from the rest of a red dragon fruit; b. dehydrating the peels with the use of a dehydrator for about ninety (90) minutes; c. soaking the dehydrated peels in ethanol with the solute to solvent ration of 4:5 for two (2) hours in order to get the organic compounds present in the peels; d. filtering using filter paper the organic compounds dissolved in the ethanol and peels mixture; and e. subjecting the filtered organic compounds to a rotary evaporator to obtain a pure extract.
