Abstract

The utility model relates to a finger food from boneless dried rabbitfish comprising the steps; cut the boneless dried rabbitfish into longitudinal size excluding its head. Weigh the cut dried boneless dried rabbitfish. In a mixing bowl, mix and soak the boneless dried rabbitfish with calamansi juice and brown sugar for about 10 minutes. Heat the oil in the frying pan, deep frying the dried boneless danggit in moderate heat until golden brown. Remove with the use of a strainer to drain the cooking oil. Cool the fried boneless dried rabbitfish for 10 minutes, and putting the golden brown finger food in a glass jar and cover with a cellophane wrapper ready for serving.
