A process of making guava wine is hereby disclosed. The process comprising of the following steps: a) Washing and then drying guavas with a clean cloth; b) Dicing guava into small pieces; c) Putting diced guava pieces, sugar, water, honey and yeast into a clean sterilized bottle; mixing well and covering the bottle with a clean cloth or with lid little loosely; d) Fermenting the mixture for 21 days; e) After 21 days straining the mixture through a clean cheese cloth into a clean vessel; f) Preparing a solute with 11iter of boiled water with 250 grams of muscovado; Stirring well until dissolves; g) Cleaning and sterilizing the bottle use another sterilized bottle and pouring the prepared mixture; h) Adding of 15 grams commercially prepared dried raisins; i) Fermenting for another 21 days and thereafter straining the wine again and pour it into clean dry bottles; and j) packing and labelling; Fruit wine from guava was used as complement in specific proportion to bring out.
