The composition of making peanut oatmeal cookies consists of 3- 3 1/4 cups instant oat. 2-2 1/4 cups all purpose flour, 1 - 1 1/2 cup roasted peanut , 1- 11/4 cup brown sugar, 1-1 1/2 cup butter, 1/2-3/4 cup refined sugar, 4-5 pieces medium eggs, 4-6 tablespoon corn syrup, 2-4 teaspoon vanilla, 2-3 teaspoon baking powder, 1-2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1-2 teaspoon rock salt. The process of preparing the peanut oatmeal cookies comprise of preparing the batter and cream mixture, mixing the batter and cream mixture until well blended, forming the mixture into cookies, baking and packaging.
