Abstract
This utility model relates to the process of making of Cabibi or Freshwater clam (Batissa violacea) sauce of which the process of production consists of opening the shell and getting the meat of the fresh cabibi (Batissa violacea) before boiling; boiling the meat of the cabibi (Batissa vio/acea); after boiling, chopping or mincing the cabibi (Batissa violacea) meat through a food chopper or mincer; filtering the chopped cabibi (Batissa violacea) meat through a strainer to remove its coarse particles; continue boiling the chopped or minced cabibi meat (Batissa violacesa) and adding with salt, sugar, soy sauce and all purpose seasoning; letting it thicken by adding cornstarch; letting it cool; keeping it in an airtight container or bottle; and storing the mixture in a refrigerator.
