Abstract

A storage unit 40 capable of storing an article 100 is provided on the lower surface of a seat 9 on which a vehicle rider is to sit. The storage unit 40 is disposed such that the lower surface portion 43 of the storage portion 40 partially overlaps the upper surface portion 34a of a hinge mechanism 50, which supports the seat 9 so that the seat 9 can be opened and closed on the vehicle body side 13. The storage unit 40 holds the article 100 in the vicinity of the location where the seat 9 is attached to the hinge mechanism 40, that is the front surface 42 of the storage unit 40, in a state in which the seat 9 is closed.
