Abstract
Provided is a boiler system that comprises: a superheater including an introduction unit that introduces steam, a superheating unit that superheats the steam introduced from the introduction unit, and a discharge unit that discharges the steam that was superheated by the superheating unit; a turbine that is rotated using the steam discharged from the discharge unit of the superheater; a reheater that re-superheats the steam discharged from the turbine; and a first steam supply unit that extracts steam from upstream of the discharge unit of the superheater and supplies the extracted steam to the reheater. The first steam supply unit includes: a pressure reduction unit that reduces the pressure of the steam; and a switching unit that blocks the steam from reaching the reheater during operation of the boiler, and that permits the circulation of the steam to the reheater during loss of a power source.
