Abstract

A pressure-type filtration device comprises: a plurality of filtration chambers (70) each of which has filtering material therein and which are arranged concentrically; a raw water chamber (71) arranged at a center part of the plurality of filtration chambers (70); a flow channel system which connects raw water introducing ports of the plurality of filtration chambers (70) and the raw water chamber (71) and is capable of attaining a first state and a second state, the first state being a state in which the raw water in the raw water chamber (71) is distributed to the raw water introducing ports (70a) of the plurality of filtration chambers (70), and the second state being a state in which a raw water introducing port of a backwash target filtration chamber (70) and a waste water pipe are connected and raw water in the raw water chamber (71) is distributed only to the raw water introducing ports of filtration chambers (70) other than the backwash target filtration chamber; and a purified water chamber (73) capable of acting as a filtered water path which guides the filtered water from the plurality of filtration chambers (70) other than the backwash target filtration chamber (70)to the filtered water outlet of the backwash target filtration chamber (70).
