Abstract
Disclosed is a double-colour optical fibre colouring mould, which relates to the technical field of optical fibre surface colouring treatment. The double-colour optical fibre colouring mould comprises an ink cup having a cylindrical structure and a mould inserted in the ink cup along the axial direction. The mould comprises an inlet mould and an outlet mould. One end of the inlet mould is inserted in the outlet mould to form an insertion end. The insertion end is provided with a first tapered matching surface. An inner wall that is in the outlet mould and is corresponding to the insertion end is provided with a second tapered matching surface matched with the first tapered matching surface. The inlet mould and the outlet mould are respectively provided with an inlet mould centre hole and an outlet mould centre hole along the axial direction, wherein centre lines of the inlet mould centre hole and the outlet mould centre hole coincide. An ink chamber is disposed between the inlet mould centre hole and the outlet mould centre hole. The side wall of the outlet mould is provided with two material inlets. A material inlet channel is disposed between each material inlet and the ink chamber. The side wall of the ink cup is provided with two material injecting ports. Each material injecting port is corresponding to one material inlet. The present invention improves the production rate, omits one production 20 process, and greatly improves the production efficiency.
