Abstract

A double-color optical fiber coloring mold, which relates to the technical field of optical fiber surface coloring treatment. The double-color optical fiber coloring mold comprises an ink cup having a cylindrical structure and a mold inserted in the ink cup along the axial direction. The mold comprises an inlet mold and an outlet mold. One end of the inlet mold is inserted in the outlet mold to form an insertion end. The insertion end is provided with a first tapered matching surface. The inner wall that is in the outlet mold and corresponding to the insertion end is provided with a second tapered matching surface matched with the first tapered matching surface. The inlet mold and the outlet mold are respectively provided with an inlet mold center hole and an outlet mold center hole along the axial direction, wherein center lines of the inlet mold center hole and the outlet mold center hole coincide. An ink chamber is disposed between the inlet mold center hole and the outlet mold center hole. The side wall of the outlet mold is provided with two material inlets. A material inlet channel is disposed between each material inlet and the ink chamber. The side wall of the ink cup is provided with two material injecting ports. Each material injecting port is corresponding to one material inlet. The present invention improves the production rate, omits one production process, and greatly improves the production efficiency.
