Abstract

Provided is an operation diagnostic method of a circulating fluidized bed boiler which supplies necessary settings for simultaneously satisfying the target values of multiple index items without requiring the judgment of an experienced operator. This operation diagnostic method of circulating fluidized bed boiler involves: an inferred data calculation step (S4) for inferring the degree of influence exerted by the setting items on the index items, and inferring the target values of the setting items for satisfying the target values of the index items; an ordering step (S5a) for ordering the setting items on the basis of the degree of influence exerted by the setting items on the index items; and an output step (S6) for outputting information for controlling the index items to the target values. In the inferred data calculation step (S4), the target values of the index items are inputted into the Bayesian network to calculate probability values which are the degree of influence exerted by the setting items on the index items. In the ordering step (S5a), the probability values are used to order the setting items.
