Description
The present invention relates to a boiler system.
As a conventional boiler system, one that heats a heat transfer medium by burning fuel is known (for example, see Patent Document 1). The heated heat transfer medium circulates in the circulation system in the system. In such a circulation system, there is a place where the heat transfer medium is stored. The boiler system is provided with the heat exchanger buried in the heat transfer medium at the place where the heat transfer medium is stored in this way. A fluid is flowing inside the heat exchanger, and heat exchange is performed between the fluid and the heat transfer medium.
Here, the above-described boiler system may be stopped urgently for a predetermined reason. At the time of emergency stop, the fluid flowing in the heat exchanger filled with the heat transfer medium is reduced, or the fluid does not flow in the heat exchanger. In this state, the cooling function of the heat exchanger deteriorates, and the temperature of the heat exchanger may become too high due to the heat of the surrounding heat transfer medium.
An object of the present invention is to provide a boiler system capable of appropriately protecting a heat exchanger buried in a heat transfer medium at the time of emergency stop.
A boiler system according to the present invention is embedded in a furnace that heats a heat transfer medium by combustion of fuel and a heat transfer medium that is heated in the furnace, and a fluid that performs heat exchange with the heat transfer medium flows. A heat exchanger and at least a removing unit that controls the removing unit to remove the heat transfer medium from the periphery of the heat exchanger during an emergency stop in which the flow of the fluid in the heat exchanger is reduced or stopped.
A boiler system according to the present invention includes a heat exchanger through which a fluid that exchanges heat with a heat transfer medium flows. This heat exchanger is embedded in a heat transfer medium heated in a furnace. Further, the boiler system includes a removing unit that controls the removing unit to remove the heat transfer medium from the surroundings of the heat exchanger at least during an emergency stop in which the flow of the fluid in the heat exchanger is reduced or stopped. Therefore, even if the flow of fluid in the heat exchanger is reduced or stopped during an emergency stop, the heat transfer medium is removed from the surroundings of the heat exchanger, and the heat of the heat transfer medium causes the temperature of the heat exchanger to rise. It can be suppressed from passing. As described above, the heat exchanger buried in the heat transfer medium can be appropriately protected during an emergency stop.
The boiler system according to the present invention may further include a turbine that rotates with steam generated by combustion in a furnace, and the heat exchanger may be a reheater that superheats steam discharged from the turbine as a fluid. With this configuration, the reheater buried in the heat transfer medium can be appropriately protected during an emergency stop.
In the boiler system according to the present invention, at least a furnace is provided, and a circulation system that circulates the heat transfer medium is provided. The removal unit discharges the heat transfer medium to the outside of the circulation system to transfer heat from the surroundings of the heat exchanger. The heat carrier may be removed. With this configuration, the heat exchanger can be protected by a simple configuration in which the heat transfer medium is discharged to the outside of the circulation system during an emergency stop.
In the boiler system according to the present invention, the evacuation unit has a control unit that controls the boiler system, the control unit detects the flow state of steam to the reheater, and reduces the flow of steam to the reheater. Alternatively, when the stop is detected, the control of removing the heat transfer medium from around the reheater may be performed. With this configuration, the heat transfer medium can be removed from the periphery of the reheater after confirming that the flow of steam to the reheater has actually been reduced or stopped. Thereby, the reheater can be protected at an appropriate timing.
According to the present invention, the heat exchanger buried in the heat transfer medium is appropriately protected during an emergency stop.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the following embodiment is an example for explaining the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention to the following contents. In the description, the same elements or elements having the same function will be denoted by the same reference symbols, without redundant description.
The configuration of the
A
In the
In this
The gas treatment system described above includes a gas
The solid particles generated in the
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
Here, FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing a schematic structure of the periphery of the
The
The
The removing
The switching
制御部30は、ECU(電気・電子制御ユニット)、メモリ等によって構成されている。
The
In addition, the
The
Next, the operation and effect of the
First, as a boiler system according to the comparative example, a boiler system without a removing unit will be examined. In such a boiler system, at the time of an emergency stop, the fluid does not flow into the heat exchanger buried in the heat transfer medium W. In this case, since the cooling function by the fluid cannot be obtained, the tubes of the heat exchanger may be damaged by the heat of the heat transfer medium W. In order to prevent the tubes of the heat exchanger from being damaged, it becomes necessary to select a material having a high operating temperature as the material of the tubes.
The
The
In the
In the
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
For example, the configuration for removing the heat transfer medium W from the
