RECUPERACION DE VALORES DE ZINC MEDIANTE UN PROCESO QUE CONSISTE EN: 1)LA FUNDICION DE LA MATERIA PRIMA EN PRESENCIA DE UN AGENTE REDUCTOR CARBONACEO PARA REDUCIR EL SULFURO DE ZINC A ZINC METALICO Y PARA VAPORIZAR EL ZINC, GENERANDO GASES DE HORNO QUE CONTIENEN VAPOR DE ZINC Y DIOXIDO DE AZUFRE, 2) CONTACTAR LOS GASES DE HORNO CON EL GAS QUE CONTIENEN OXIGENO LIBRE PARA OXIDAR EL METAL DE ZINC Y PRODUCIR HUMO CRUDO RICO EN OXIDO DE ZINC EN DICHOS GASES DE HORNO. EL HUMO CRUDO SE SEPARA DE LOS GASES DE HORNO Y SE RECOLECTA Y, A CONTINUACION SE MEZCLA CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA CONCENTRADA DE AMONIACO/ANHIDRICO CARBONICO QUE CONTIENE UN EXCESO DE AMONIACO PARA PRODUCIR UN LICOR DE LIXIVIACION QUE CONTIENE ZINC Y DEJAR UN RESIDUO DE SOLIDOS. EL LICOR DE LIXIVIACION SE SEPARA DEL RESIDUO Y LUEGO SE EXTRAE EL AMONIACO DEL LICOR DE LIXIVIACION PARA PRECIPITAR CARBONATO DE ZINC BASICO Y DEJAR UN LICOR DE LIXIVIACION DEPURADO, EL CUAL SE SEPARA DEL CARBONATO DE ZINC BASICO, SIENDO ESTE ULTIMO CALCINADO PARA PRODUCIR OXIDO DE ZINC PURIFICADORECOVERY OF ZINC VALUES THROUGH A PROCESS THAT CONSISTS OF: 1) THE RAW MATERIAL FOUNDRY IN THE PRESENCE OF A CARBONACEOUS REDUCING AGENT TO REDUCE THE ZINC SULFIDE TO METAL ZINC AND TO VAPORIZE ZINC GASES WITH VENTILATED OVEN GASES. ZINC AND SULFUR DIOXIDE, 2) CONTACT THE OVEN GASES WITH THE FREE OXYGEN CONTAINING GAS TO OXIDIZE THE ZINC METAL AND PRODUCE ZINC OXIDE RUDE SMOKE IN SUCH OVEN GASES. CRUDE SMOKE IS SEPARATED FROM OVEN GASES AND COLLECTED, AND THEN MIXED WITH A CONCENTRATED AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF AMMONIA / CARBONIC ANHYDRIDE CONTAINING ANY EXCESSION OF YUZI DE LIXIVE . THE LEACHING LIQUOR IS SEPARATED FROM THE WASTE AND THEN THE AMMONIA IS EXTRACTED FROM THE LEACHING LIQUOR TO PRECIPITATE BASIC ZINC CARBONATE AND TO LEAVE A CLEANED LEACHING LIQUEUR, WHICH IS SEPARATED FROM ZINC BASICO, SIENDO PURIFIED ZINC
