Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una resina de polipropileno que comprende un copolimero de propileno/etileno; un elastomero como modificador de impacto a base de polipropileno o de polietileno y aditivos. La resina del presente desarrollo se caracteriza por tener un indice de fluidez que esta entre 2 g/10 min a 10 g/10 min medido a 230 °C; densidad entre 0.89 kg/m3 y 0.91 kg/m3; porcentaje de elongacion entre 11 % y 15 %; modulo de flexion entre 792.9 MPa a 1034.2 MPa; resistencia a la traccion entre 24.13 MPa y 27.58 MPa e impacto Izod entre 210 J/m y 350 J/m, por lo que es util en la fabricacion de una amplia gama de productos para las industrias de alimentos, automotriz, nautica, quimica, de mobiliario y equipamiento, de los electrodomesticos y de articulos deportivos, entre otras.
