Abstract

Aparatos, metodos y sistemas para monitorear la condicion de un componente de desgaste, incluyendo un sistema sensor para monitorear la condicion de un componente de desgaste que comprende: una seccion inferior de la carcasa exterior que tiene un extremo inferior cerrado; al menos una bateria situada dentro de la seccion inferior de la carcasa exterior; al menos un elemento de amortiguacion interpuesto entre la al menos una bateria y al menos un componente sensor; al menos una antena de disco metalico posicionada a una distancia por encima del al menos un componente sensor; al menos un elemento conector metalico configurado para unir la antena de disco metalico al componente sensor; y una seccion superior de la carcasa exterior adaptada para encajar sobre al menos la antena de disco metalico, en donde la seccion superior de la carcasa exterior esta adaptada para conectar sustancialmente con la seccion inferior de la carcasa exterior
