Abstract

阀门保护箱,包括箱体和箱盖,箱盖的一端通过合页与箱体连接,箱盖的另一端设置有锁扣,箱体内箱盖的外沿上设置有一圈密封圈,箱体两侧分别设置有阀门管穿出孔,箱体内两侧的阀门管穿出孔上分别通过固定套环设置有锥形橡胶套,固定套环通过六角法兰面螺栓固定在箱体侧壁上,且在六角法兰面螺栓的螺栓头与固定套环之间套有顶紧弹簧,在六角法兰面螺栓外端的螺柱上拧有紧固螺母,在顶紧弹簧两端以及紧固螺母与箱体侧壁之间分别设置有垫片。本发明通过箱体为阀门提供了一个密闭的空间,锥形橡胶、密封圈大大提高了密封效果,使箱体内的阀门得到了更好的保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车仪表,具体说是一种阀门保护箱。
背景技术
阀门在管道上应用普遍,是控制管道的重要装置。目前的阀门大多数暴露在外部直接与外界接触,时间久了阀门就会生锈,导致阀门难以开启或闭合,影响使用,而现有的阀门保护箱,不仅结构简单,而且密封性差,虽然在一定程度上对阀门起到了保护作用,但仍然有很大的改进空间。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种阀门保护箱。
本发明为实现上述目的,阀门保护箱,包括箱体和箱盖,所述箱盖的一端通过合页与箱体连接,所述箱盖的另一端设置有锁扣,所述箱体内箱盖的外沿上设置有一圈密封圈,所述箱体两侧分别设置有阀门管穿出孔,所述箱体内两侧的阀门管穿出孔上分别通过固定套环设置有锥形橡胶套,所述固定套环通过六角法兰面螺栓固定在箱体侧壁上,且在六角法兰面螺栓的螺栓头与固定套环之间套有顶紧弹簧,在所述六角法兰面螺栓外端的螺柱上拧有紧固螺母,在所述顶紧弹簧两端以及紧固螺母与箱体侧壁之间分别设置有垫片,所述锥形橡胶套的内径小于阀门管穿出孔的内径。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明通过箱体为阀门提供了一个密闭的空间,锥形橡胶、密封圈大大提高了密封效果,使箱体内的阀门得到了更好的保护。
现结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图1图2所示,阀门保护箱,包括箱体1和箱盖2,箱盖2的一端通过合页3与箱体1连接,箱盖2的另一端设置有锁扣4,箱体1内箱盖2的外沿上设置有一圈密封圈5,箱体1两侧分别设置有阀门管穿出孔6,箱体1内两侧的阀门管穿出孔6上分别通过固定套环7设置有锥形橡胶套8,固定套环7通过六角法兰面螺栓9固定在箱体1侧壁上,且在六角法兰面螺栓9的螺栓头与固定套环7之间套有顶紧弹簧10,在六角法兰面螺栓9外端的螺柱上拧有紧固螺母11,在顶紧弹簧10两端以及紧固螺母11与箱体1侧壁之间分别设置有垫片12,锥形橡胶套8的内径小于阀门管穿出孔6的内径。
使用时将阀门13安装到箱体1内部即可,再通过扎带14将锥形橡胶套8绑到阀门13两侧的管道上即可。

1.阀门保护箱,包括箱体和箱盖,其特征在于:所述箱盖的一端通过合页与箱体连接,所述箱盖的另一端设置有锁扣,所述箱体内箱盖的外沿上设置有一圈密封圈,所述箱体两侧分别设置有阀门管穿出孔,所述箱体内两侧的阀门管穿出孔上分别通过固定套环设置有锥形橡胶套,所述固定套环通过六角法兰面螺栓固定在箱体侧壁上,且在六角法兰面螺栓的螺栓头与固定套环之间套有顶紧弹簧,在所述六角法兰面螺栓外端的螺柱上拧有紧固螺母,在所述顶紧弹簧两端以及紧固螺母与箱体侧壁之间分别设置有垫片。
2.如权利要求1所述的阀门保护箱,其特征在于:所述锥形橡胶套的内径小于阀门管穿出孔的内径。
