Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a una cepa de Salmonella enteritidis 3934vac a la cual se le ha delecionado el gen waaL para obtener un fenotipo rugoso (3934vac DwaaL), el procedimiento de obtencion y los oligos utilizados; con el objetivo de reducir la toxicidad y mantener la inmunogenicidad para su aplicacion como vacuna. Otro aspecto de la presente invencion se refiere a una cepa de Salmonella enteritidis 3934vac DwaaL, es decir de tipo rugosa, la cual ha sido modificada para expresar el xeno-antigeno de la proteina de la capside (CAP) del circovirus porcino tipo 2. Ademas, el procedimiento para la obtencion de una cepa de Salmonella enteritidis 3034 vac DwaaL que expresa un xeno-antigeno de la proteina de la capside (CAP) del circovirus porcino tipo 2. La invencion comprende tambien el desarrollo de una nueva vacuna porcina, viva, recombinante, eficaz e inocua contra circovirus porcino tipo 2 desarrollada via un proceso de insercion e integracion de xeno-antigeno de la proteina de la capside (CAP) del circovirus porcino tipo 2 en el cromosoma y plasmido de una cepa atenuada y no patogenica de la bacteria Salmonella enteritidisThe present invention refers to a strain of Salmonella enteritidis 3934vac in which the waaL gene has been deleted to obtain a rough phenotype (3934vac DwaaL), the procedure for obtaining and the oligos used; with the objective of reducing toxicity and maintaining immunogenicity for its application as a vaccine.
