Abstract

Se describe un sistema de bombeo para bombear un medio. El sistema comprende: al menos una camara de intercambio de presion transversal, pero preferentemente multiples camaras de intercambio de presion. Cada camara de intercambio de presion tiene un arreglo de valvulas en cada extremo. El sistema tambien incluye una descarga presurizada en un extremo de suministro del sistema y un mecanismo de llenado que funciona para llenar la camara de intercambio de presion con el medio. Una bomba de desplazamiento positivo funciona para bombear un fluido impulsor en contacto directo con el medio de modo que el medio se bombea desde la camara de intercambio de presion a la descarga presurizada.
