Abstract

Se describe un aparato y metodo de formacion, que incluye una estructura de soporte, un sensor en la estructura de soporte, un par de columnas en la estructura de soporte en lados opuestos del sensor, teniendo el par de columnas una altura de columna con respecto a una superficie superior de la estructura de soporte, siendo la altura de la columna mayor que la altura de la superficie activa del sensor con respecto a la superficie superior de la estructura de soporte, y una capa de tapa en el par de columnas y sobre la superficie activa, la capa de tapa se apoya en extremos opuestos por el par de columnas; la superficie activa del sensor, la capa de tapa y el par de columnas forman una abertura por encima de al menos mas de aproximadamente la mitad de la superficie activa del sensor, y la estructura de soporte, el sensor, la capa de tapa y el par de columnas juntos formar una celda de flujo.
