Abstract
Comprende un dispositivo optico formado por un filtro optico y un reflector, siendo dicho reflector una superficie metalica difusa o especular que tiene una reflectancia de no menos del 98% y que tiene una forma y tamano que coinciden con la lampara correspondiente; el filtro optico es una estructura rigida transparente a la luz visible, tiene una forma y un tamano que tambien se adaptan a la lampara correspondiente, y esta hecho de material organico o inorganico, que sirve como un sustrato sobre el que se aplica una capa de oxido de zinc, especificamente una nano estructura de alambres de oxido de zinc, para formar una capa que es, al mismo tiempo, parcialmente reflectiva y anti reflectante de acuerdo con la longitud de onda de la luz que pasa a traves de ella; una vez colocado adecuadamente en la capa luminiscente de un LED de luz blanca o una lampara fluorescente, el dispositivo optico puede reflejar la mayoria de la luz de alta energia y de longitud de onda corta a la capa luminiscente, para que se convierta en luz con longitud de onda mas larga y menos energia por dicha capa luminiscente de la fuente, lo que aumenta la emision de luz total en al menos un 20% sin alterar el indice de reproduccion de color (CRI) de la fuente.
