Abstract
Un sistema distribuido de archivos para un sistema contra incendios de vehiculos aprovecha la memoria no utilizada en los modulos esclavos. Un sistema de este tipo comprende metadatos de archivo almacenados en el modulo principal, que incluyen informacion sobre archivos especificos y la ubicacion de la memoria utilizada y no utilizada en todo el sistema, incluyendo la memoria en el modulo principal y las unidades esclavas instaladas. Al mantener los metadatos de archivo y enviar instrucciones a las unidades esclavas para guardar o leer archivos en determinadas direcciones, el modulo principal se puede valer de la memoria no utilizada en todo el sistema. Esto permite que el modulo principal almacene mas informacion en el sistema que memoria disponible existe en el propio modulo principal.
