Abstract

Un sistema de inyeccion de espuma (301, 701) para usar en la fabricacion de productos cementosos incluye un cuerpo de inyeccion de espuma (305, 605) y los primeros y segundos insertos del puerto (100, 400; 200, 500). El cuerpo de inyeccion de espuma (305, 605) define un pasaje de la suspension (310, 610) y un pasaje del puerto (315, 615) que tiene una apretura del puerto (317, 617) en comunicacion fluida con el pasaje de la suspension (310, 610). Los primeros y segundos insertos del puerto (100, 400; 200, 500) respectivamente definen los primeros y segundos pasajes de la espuma (115, 415; 215, 515) que tienen los primeros y segundos tamanos del orificio (Ø1, Ø4; Ø3, Ø4, Ø5) diferentes. Los primeros y segundos insertos del puerto (100, 400; 200, 500) estan adaptados para fijarse en forma desmontable al cuerpo de inyeccion de espuma (305, 605) de modo que el respectivo de pasaje de espuma (115, 415; 215, 515) esta en comunicacion fluida con el pasaje de la suspension (310, 610) por medio de la apertura del puerto (317, 617) del pasaje del puerto (315, 615). Un inserto del puerto (100, 400) se puede reemplazar con otro (200, 500) para variar facilmente la presion de la espuma que pasa a traves del inserto del puerto particular (100, 400; 200, 500) e inyectarse en una suspension cementosa que se desplaza a traves del pasaje de la suspension (310, 610).
