Abstract
Se proporciona un aparato que incluye un procesador de senales o modulo de procesamiento de senales configurado para: responder a senalizacion de que contiene informacion acerca de tamanos de particula de solidos que forman parte de una corriente de suspension que se alimenta de un flujo de alimentacion comun en una bateria de ciclonas; y determinar que combinaciones de ciclonas en la bateria producen rebose que tiene caracteristicas no deseadas de tamano de particula usando un algoritmo o tecnica estadistica, en funcion de la senalizacion recibida. El procesador de senales o modulo de procesamiento de correspondiente que senales contiene proporciona senalizacion informacion acerca de que combinaciones de ciclonas en la bateria producen rebose que tiene caracteristicas no deseadas de tamano de particula, incluida senalizacion de control para controlar la operacion de la bateria, que incluye informacion acerca de determinadas combinaciones de ciclonas para evitar, o preferentemente usar, minimizar la cantidad total de material grueso que tiene caracteristicas no deseadas de tamano de particula producido por la bateria.
