Abstract
Referida a una composicion microbicida acuosa formada a partir de agua y (A) al menos un componente seleccionado de (I) un compuesto microbicida en estado solido que tiene al menos un atomo de bromo por molecula; (II) una solucion/suspension acuosa de un compuesto de (I); (III) una composicion acuosa concentrada que tiene un contenido de bromo activo de al menos 50 000 ppm que derivan de agua y (i) BrCl o BrCl y Br2 y (ii) sulfamato de metales alcalinos con exceso de bases, donde las proporciones relativas de (i) y (ii) proporcionan una relacion de atomo de nitrogeno con respecto a bromo activo mayor que 0,93, y donde el pH de la composicion es mayor que 7; y (IV) una composicion en estado solido formado mediante la deshidratacion de una composicion de (III). Said composition is useful to control contamination by bacteria, yeast and / or mold in edible fruits or vegetables.
