LOADED WITH TARGET MATERIAL IT INCLUDES MOST OF THE TARGET MATERIAL IN THE DERIVED ELECTRICAL CURRENT, WHERE THE TARGET MATERIAL, IN THE INSOLUBLE FIXING AGENT, LOADED WITH TARGET MATERIAL, FORMS A COMPOSITION WITH THE INSOLUBLE FIXING AGENT; AND c) RECYCLE THE PURIFIED ELECTROLYTIC CURRENT TO THE ELECTROLYTIC CELL, WHERE THE PURIFIED DERIVATIVE CURRENT HAS A SECOND CONCENTRATION OF TARGET MATERIAL SUBSTANTIALLY LESS THAN THE FIRST CONCENTRATION OF TARGET MATERIAL
