ADEMAS, SE REFIERE A UN SISTEMA PARA EL PROCESAMIENTO DE LAS ARENAS PETROLIFERAS QUE INCLUYE: a) UNA FUENTE DE AGUA CALIENTE QUE GENERA EL AGUA CALIENTE QUE ES MEZCLADA CON LA ARENA PETROLIFERA CON EL PROPOSITO DE FORMAR UNA SUSPENSION EN AGUA CALIENTE; b) UNA PLANTA DE EXTRACCION DE BITUMEN QUE RECIBE LA SUSPENSION EN CALIENTE Y EXTRAE EL BITUMEN DE LA SUSPENSION EN AGUA CALIENTE: c) UN SISTEMA DE RECIPIENTES DE CALDEO QUE CALIENTE LA CARGA DE ALIMENTACION DE MATERIALES DE DESECHO DE LAS ARENAS PETROLIFERAS PRODUCIDA EN LA PLANTA DE EXTRACCION DE BITUMEN; Y d) UN GENERADOR DE TURBINA DE GAS QUE PRODUCE ELECTRICIDAD E IGUALMENTE PRODUCE LOS GASES DE ESCAPE UTILIZADOS PARA CALENTAR EL SISTEMA DE RECIPIENTES DE CALDEOREFERRED TO A METHOD FOR THE PROCESSING OF A FEED LOAD OF WASTE MATERIALS FROM OIL SANDS THAT INCLUDES: i) THE OPERATION OF A GAS TURBINE GENERATOR FOR THE EFFECTS OF PRODUCING ELECTRICITY AND EXHAUST GASES; AND ii) THE REMOVAL OF AT LEAST PART OF THE HUMIDITY FROM SAID FEEDING LOAD BY USING THE HEAT OF THE EXHAUST GASES PRODUCED BY THE GAS TURBINE GENERATOR; WHERE THE EXHAUST GASES ARE PUT IN CONTACT WITH SUCH FEED CHARGE FOR THE PURPOSES OF REMOVING MOISTURE FROM THE WASTE MATERIAL FROM THE SANDS INSIDE A WARMING CONTAINER AND WHERE THE ENTRY OF EXTERNAL AIR INTO THE CONTAINER IS ESSENTIALLY PREVENTED CALDEO. ALSO, IT REFERS TO A SYSTEM FOR THE PROCESSING OF OIL SANDS THAT INCLUDES: a) A SOURCE OF HOT WATER THAT GENERATES THE HOT WATER THAT IS MIXED WITH THE OIL SAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF FORMING A SUSPENSION IN HOT WATER; b) A BITUMEN EXTRACTION PLANT THAT RECEIVES THE SUSPENSION IN HOT AND EXTRACTS THE BITUMEN FROM THE SUSPENSION IN HOT WATER: c) A SYSTEM OF HEATING VESSELS THAT HEATS THE FEED LOAD OF WASTE MATERIALS FROM THE OIL SANDS BITUMEN EXTRACTION PLANT; AND d) A GAS TURBINE GENERATOR THAT PRODUCES ELECTRICITY AND ALSO PRODUCES THE EXHAUST GASES USED TO HEAT THE HEATING VESSEL SYSTEM
