EL CUAL COMPRENDE : a) PROPORCIONAR FIBRAS DE POLIMERO HIDROFOBICO, DE PREFERENCIA FIBRAS DE POLIOLEFINA TALES COMO FIBRAS DE POLIPROPILENO Y DE POLIETILENO; b) DISOLVER UN POLI(ALCOHOL VINILICO) EN AGUA A UNA TEMPERATURA ALREDEDOR DE 60°C PARA OBTENER UNA SOLUCION DE POLI(ALCOHOL VINILICO), SOLUBLE EN AGUA, CON UN GRADO DE HIDROLISIS DE POR LO MENOS 98% Y UN PESO MOLECULAR DE POR LO MENOS 10 000, EL CUAL CORRESPONDE A UN GRADO DE POLIMERIZACION DE 200; Y c) TRATAR LAS FIBRAS DE POLIMERO HIDROFOBICO CON LA SOLUCION DE POLI(ALCOHOL VINILICO) BAJO CONDICIONES SUFICIENTES PARA DEPOSITAR EL POLI(ALCOHOL VINILICO) SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE DE LAS FIBRAS
