Abstract
An insulating panel (11) including heat- exchanging and ventilation means for use in buildings. The panel includes an internally divided flue (12) running diagonally through insulating material within the insulating panel, such that when used with a pitched roof the panel's divided flue passes from an external face of the panel proximal the eaves to an internal face of the panel proximal to the ridge of the roof within the building, for the supply and extract of ventilation air, using ducting (13).
