Abstract
The circuit arrangement includes at least one LED connected in series with a resistance and in parallel with a switching path of an electronic switch. The light signal is formed from at least two equal, from each other independent units (E1, E2, En). Each unit consists of at least one LED (LED) and a control circuit (Rl to R4, D, T) associated with the respectively at least one LED. The arrangement consisting of a first number of equal units is preferably still operable at a second number of defective units, which is smaller than the total number of units. The LED in each unit, and the associated control circuit can implement different working conditions, such as cold-, day-, and night operation.
