Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for regulering av en aluminiumsmeltecel le omfattende styring av cellespenning og -strøm, aluminlumoksydtilsetninger, andre tilsetninger, operasjoner og anode til katodeavstandbevegelser, kontinuerlig beregning av cellemotstanden og badets spesifikke motstand fra nevnt styrte cellespenning og -strøm, styring av forekomsten av lavfrekvent og høyfrekvent støy i cellespennlngen, kontinuerlig beregning av tidshastigheten for forandring av motstanden i cellen, utelukking av beregning i en forhåndsbestemt tid når det forekommer en aluminium- oksydtilsetning, annen tilsetning, operasjon eller ACD- bevegelse, etablering av filtrert motstandshelnlngs- terskler, bestemmelse av om den lavfrekvente støyen er over en forhåndsbestemt terskel, og om så, økning av de filtrerte helningstersklene for lav aluminlumoksyd- konsentrasjonspåvisning, beregning av en aluminium- oksydbeholdnlng fra aluminiumtllsetningene, bestemmelse av om cellen er overmatet, og om ikke, matning av aluminiumoksyd for å hindre en anodepåvirkning, beregning av den varme som tilføres og varme som kreves for alumlniumproduksjon, beregning av den varme som er tilgjengelig for spredning, beregning av målvarmen for cellen, beregning av forskjellen mellom den tilgjen- gelige varmen og målvarmen med hensyn på tiden, beregning av en løpende varmebeholdning fra integralet av denne forskjell, etablering av en målmotstand for cellen og modifisering av denne målmotstanden for å oppnå et nullvarmelntegral, sjekking av målmotstanden er en tillatelig verdi, og bevegelse av anodene l cellen for å etablere den nye målmotstanden, beregning av tidshastigheten for forandring av badets spesifikke motstand og sjekking av om den spesifikke motstanden og derivater er større enn forhåndsbestemte grenser, og om så, Justering av målvarmen for cellen for å ved- likeholde den langvarige varmebalansen l cellen.
