Abstract

Farmasøytisk preparat for behandling av cancere eller tumorer i pattedyr omhandles, som omfatter 2-(2,4-difluorfenyl)-l,3- bis(IH-l,2,4-triazol-l-yl)propan-2-ol og dens derivater. Et kjemoterapeutisk middel kan anvendes sammen med 2-(2,4- difluorfenyl)-l,3-bis(lH-l,2,4-triazol-l-yl)propan-2-ol og dens derivater, såvel som potensatorer. 2-(2,4- difluorfenyl)-l,3-bis(IH-l,2,4-triazol-l-yl)propan-2-ol og dens derivater kan også anvendes for å behandle virale infeksjoner, enten alene, sammen med andre anti-virale midler eller sammen med en potensator.Pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of cancers or tumors in mammals are disclosed, which include 2- (2,4-difluorophenyl) -1,3-bis (1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) propan-2-ol and its derivatives. A chemotherapeutic agent can be used with 2- (2,4-difluorophenyl) -1,3-bis (1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) propan-2-ol and its derivatives, as well as potentiators. 2- (2,4-difluorophenyl) -1,3-bis (1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) propan-2-ol and its derivatives may also be used to treat viral infections, either alone, with other anti-viral agents or with a potentiator.
