Abstract

Utløpsventil for forbrenningsmotorer med en stamme (2), en ventiltallerken (4) med et sete (8) som inndeler tallerkenoverflaten i et første og et annet overflateparti (10 resp. 12) som er beliggende på den side av tallerkenen (4) som vender mot resp. bort fra stammen (2). Stammen (2) har en langsgående første passasje (6) for tilførsel av kjøleluft til til tallerkenen (4). I tallerkenen (4) forløper det andre passasjer (28) som kommuniserer med den første passasje (6), og som forløper hovedsakelig radialt utad til nær setet (8), og som munner ut i det første overflateparti (10).En fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av ventilen omfatter å fremstille to tallerkendeler (14,16), og en rekke kanaler (22) i en av tallerkendelene (14). Kanalene (22) forløper radialt fra tallerkendelens (14) sentrum. I en tallerkendel (14), som omfatter det første overflateparti (10), tildannes en rekke andre passasjepartier (24), som munner ut i dette overflateparti (10).
