Abstract

En anordning for behandling blandede videosignaler og grafikksignaler for visning på en fjemsynsmottaker, innbefaner et grafikkminne (38) og en mirmestyrer og e- bilde-tilstandsmaskin (42). Grafikkminnet innbefatter en e-bildelistetabell (90), en e- bilde-datatabell (92), og andre valgfrie tabeller (94, 96). E-listetabellen lister opp én eller flere grafikker i en på forhånd bestemt sekvens visning på fjemsynsmottakerens skjerm, og lagrer generell informasjon som er knyttet til grafikkene i styreord i hver opplisting. E-bildedatatabellen lagrer pikseldata for horisontale linjer for hver av grafikkene som gir tilgang med et styreord i hver av grafikkopplistingene i e-bildelistetabellen. En eventuell linjestyretabell (94) inneholder styreord som det gis tilgang til via grafikk-opplistingen for å frembringe uavhengige styringer for hver av de horisontale linjer fremkommet fra e-bildedatatabellen for å skape på forhånd bestemte, spesielle effekter.
