Abstract

Furthermore, from the overflow chamber (35) a heavy liquid passage (43) leads to a heavy liquid outlet (18). The light liquid inlet (33) is higher than the lowest location on the outlet threshold (27). This results in the heavy liquid flowing at the smallest flow rate through the main flow path (16).
