Abstract
Innkapslet lagermontasje for bruk som blokklager-eller flenslagerenhet. I montasjen inngår en akselhylse (21) og en rulledel (23) som er forbundet med hverandre og innkapslet i et lagerhus (10) . Rulledelen (23) er anordnet for rullebevegelse mot en perifer innerflate i lagerhuset (10). Lagerhuset inneholder smøremiddel i tilstrekkelig mengde for smøring av rulledelen (23) . Lagerhuset (10) og rulledelen (23) er slik konstruert at smøremiddel vil ledes mot montasjens fluidtette soner og bort fra de soner hvor lekkasje kan oppstå. Et smøremiddelreservoar er slik anordnet enten i lagerhuset eller i akselen, at smøre-middel ikke vil kunne ledes til sonen eller grenseflaten mellom akselen og lagerhuset. Rulledelen kan være forsynt med en dryppkant for ytterligere bortleding av smøremiddel fra grenseflaten mellom lagerhuset og akselen. Lagerhuset er av en konstruksjon med et sfærisk segment som er opp-lagret i et sfærisk sete, for at lagerhusets innerhus-seksjon skal kunne svinges for justering av feilinnstil-ling.
