Abstract

En fremgangsmåte for å frembringe et produkt av signaler som er proporsjonale med spenningen for en elektrisk kraftfor- syning og den strøm som flyter gjennom en belastning tilkoblet denne, idet det utledes et første signal som er proporsjonalt med kraftforsyningens spenning, det utledes et annet signal som er proporsjonalt med belastningsstrømmen, to bærebølge- signaler med konstant frekvens moduleres med henhv. det første og det annet signal for derved å frembringe henhv. tredje og fjerde signal, tredje og fjerde signal normaliseres med hensyn på de frekvenser som tilsvarer henhv. nullspenning og nullstrøm, og de to normaliserte tredje og fjerde signaler multipliseres innbyrdes for å danne et produktsignal som er proporsjonalt med den effekt som absorberes av den tilkoblede belastning til den elektriske kraftforsyning. Tredje og fjerde signal omfatter hvert sitt pulstog hvis øyeblikksverdi av pulsgjentagelsestakten er proporsjonal med nevnte spenning og strøm. Det er videre beskrevet et apparat for utførelse av denne fremgangsmåte. En tidsstyrende anordning av type 555 utnyttes for omforming av spenning til frekvens. Videre utnyttes en mikroprosessor for å multiplisere femte og sjette signal med hverandre, og denne mikroprosessor er programmert for å beregne ut ifra disse signaler ikke bare den tilsyne- latende effekt, men også efffektens tilsynelatende øyeblikksverdi, den reelle komponent av energi og effekt samt også de reaktive komponenter av energi og effekt som tilføres belastningen.
