Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangs- måte og en anordning for karakterisering av et delvis ledende legeme eller medium. En anordning (3) genererer et periodisk eksiteringssignal som frembringer en overspenning i en induktiv anordning. En karakteristikk ved mediet blir oppnådd ved hjelp av en måleanordning (4) som detekterer variasjonen i kvalitetsfaktoren som skyldes virvelstrømmer i det delvis ledende medium og ved hjelp av en behandlingsanordning (5).
