Abstract
Det omtales et vandig materiale omfattende en film-dannende latekspolymer med anionisk karakter, en vannløse-lig eller vanndispergerbar polymer dannet fra minst 20 vekt% monomer omfattende aminfunksjonelle grupper, og en flyktig base i en mengde som er effektiv til å heve materi-alets pH til et punkt tilstrekkelig til at alle aminfunksjonelle grupper befinner seg i en ikke-ionisk tilstand,. og eventuelt et vannløselig eller vanndispergerbart fler-valent merall. Materialet utgjør et vandig, hurtig herd-ende ikke-sementholdig materiale som er iettvint å påføre, som utvikler tidlig kohesiv styrke og etterlater intet avfall under alle herdebetingelser. Materialet er særlig egnet som et klebemiddel anvendt i systemer for utvendig isolering og ferdiggjøring. Materialet utgjør også et vandig, utvendig, hurtigherdende beleggmateriale som tidlig gir resistens mot utvasking og met ansamling av urenheter (tilsmussing). Materialet er også særlig anvendelig som et bindemiddel i en trafikkmaling og som et underlagsbelegg og/eller et toppbelegg i systemer for utvendig isolering og ferdiggjøring (finishing).
