Abstract

Fremgangsmåte til koding og en kodeinnretning til på foring av en optisk lesbar kodemarkering på en beholder (2), spesielt på en plastflaske, hvor beholderen (2) til påføring av kodemarkeringen blir fort ved hjelp av en transportørinnretning forbi en kodestasjon (3), hvori kode^arkeringen i form av fordypninger blir påført med en laser- stråle. En slik fremgangsmåte til koding og kodeinnretning blir betraktelig forenklet ved at flasken (2) er fastholdt i forhold til transportør innretningen, og at laserstrålen blir styrt ovenfra eller nedenfra hovedsakelig langs flaskeaksen eller under en helningsvinkel på 7 - 15° i forhold til flaskeaksen mot en flate av flasken og blir beveget over flaten, hvilken flate har en horisontal kom- ponent.
