Støvet som oppstår ved knusing blir samlet pneumatisk og filtreres ut (22, 9). Den ikke-metalliske fraksjon (A) såvel som den magnetiske (B) og den umagnetiske fraksjon (C) fremkommer atskilt som granulat og støv.
