Abstract
Bildedata blir behandlet av en prosessor (11) for lavnivå detaljpåvisning og den trekker ut lavnivå- detaljer fra et bilde. Dette foregår ved omdannelse av en matrise av bildedata til en matrise av ortogonale ikoner som symbolsk representerer bildescene ved hjelp av et på forhånd bestemt sett attributter. Høynivågrafvurdering sammenligner på forhånd bestemte attributterte referan- segrafer med avfølte grafer for å frembringe en beste felles undergraf mellom de to basert på graden av likhet mellom de to grafer. Høynivågrafvurderingen frembringer en avgjørelse om gjenkjennelse basert på verdien av likhetsgraden og en på forhånd bestemt terskel.
