I samsvar med en foretrukket utførelse av den foreliggende oppfinnelse har vingene, ribbene eller bladene (16) en liten, plan overflate eller fasett (22) ved hvert sted for PDC-skJærene (18) hvor hver av fasettene (22) er ved en bestemt vinkel-plassering med hensyn til aksen for den tilsvarende skjærtapp. Fasettene (22) skapes av flate støpeform-flater som muliggjør korrekt posisjonering og vinkel-plassering av kjernene som danner åpninger i matrisen for opptak av PDC-skJærene (18).
