Claims (10)

Patentkrav
1. En utfellbar thruster (1) for et fartøy med et skrog (100) som omfatter;
- en motor (2) innrettet til å festes fast i forhold til skroget,
- en propell (32),
- en posisjonsaktuator (6) innrettet til reversibelt å forflytte propellen relativt til motoren mellom en innfelt posisjon og en utfelt posisjon, hvori thrusteren (1) videre omfatter; - en drivende aksel (21) innrettet til å drives av motoren,
- en drevet aksel (31) innrettet til å drive propellen, hvori den utfellbare thrusteren er karakterisert ved at den omfatter;
- en kløtsj innrettet til å bringe den drivende akselen og den drevne akselen i inngrep med hverandre når thrusteren er i den utfelte posisjonen og frikople den drevne akselen fra den drivende akselen når thrusteren er i den innfelte posisjonen.
2. Den utfellbare thrusteren ifølge krav 1, hvori posisjonsaktuatoren (6) er innrettet til reversibelt å rotere propellen (32) og den drivende akselen (31) en første roterende retning mellom den innfelte posisjonen og den utfelte posisjonen om et første omdreiningspunkt (P1) festet fast relativt til motoren.
3. Den utfellbare thrusteren ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvori kløtsjen omfatter første og andre klutsjelementer (41, 51), hvori det første kløtsjelementet er festet fast til den drivende akselen og det andre kløtsjelementet er festet fast til den drevne akselen.
4. Den utfellbare thrusteren ifølge et hvilket som helst av kravene 1 til 3, hvori en første akse definert av det første omdreiningspunktet (P1) og en propellakse til propellen, og en andre akse definert av den langsgående retningen til den drevne akselen, krysser hverandre i propellaksen.
5. Den utfellbare thrusteren ifølge krav 4, hvori den første og den andre aksen er skråstilt i det minste 10 eller 15 grader i forhold til hverandre.
6. Den utfellbare thrusteren ifølge et hvilket som helst av kravene 1 til 5, hvori den drevne akselen er på linje med den drivende akselen når thrusteren er i utfelt posisjon.
7. Den utfellbare thrusteren ifølge et hvilket som helst av kravene 1 til 6, hvori posisjonsaktuatoren (6) er innrettet til reverserbart å rotere propellakselen (31) til propellen (32) og det andre kløtsjelementet (51) mellom den innfelte posisjonen og den utfelte posisjonen om det første omdreiningspunktet (P1) med samme omdreiningshastighet, hvori radiusen til propellakselen er større enn radiusen til det andre kløtsjelementet.
8. Den utfellbare thrusteren ifølge et hvilket som helst av kravene 1 til 7, hvori det første omdreiningspunktet (P1) er anordnet mellom den drivende akselen (21) og propellen (32) når thrusteren er i den innfelte posisjonen.
9. Den utfellbare thrusteren ifølge et hvilket som helst av kravene 1 til 8, hvori kløtsjen er en tannkløtsj [Eng: dog clutch].
10. Den utfellbare thrusteren ifølge krav 9, hvori det første kløtsjelementet (41) omfatter første tenner (42) som er symmetriske om en akse i langsgående retning av den drivende akselen (21), hvori de første tennene har første og andre overflater (43a, 43b) anordnet symmetrisk om et første plan definert av den langsgående retningen til den drivende akselen (21) og radiusen til det første kløtsjelementet (41), hvori overflatene er flate og helningen på overflatene er mindre enn 5 grader i forhold til det første planet.
