En autonom registreringsanordning i seismikknoder for sjøbunnen, innbefattende:et integrert modulært hus, en basisplate som danner bunnen av huset; en sammenstilling med batteri- og registrerings-enheten innbefattende: et signalregistreringsenhetshus montert på basisplaten, hvilket registreringsenhets-hus har en størrelse og en form for å romme en registreringsenhet; og minst et batterihus montert på basisplaten, hvilket batterihus har en størrelse og form for å romme et batteri; idet sammenstillingen av batterihuset og to hus med registrerings-enhetene er anordnet symmetrisk i forhold til basisplaten; og et vektorsensorhus montert på eller gjennom basisplaten, hvilket vektorsensorhus innbefatter minst en vektorsensor, hvilket vektorsensorhus er montert koaksialt med basisplaten.
