Claims (21)

1. Apparat for tilførsel eller mottak av fluider i forbindelse med rør som kjøres det ene etter det andre inn i eller ut av en brønn, hvor rørene har en utvendig overflate, karakterisert ved at det omfatter: et hus (10) som omfatter en første og en annen fluidforbindelse; idet huset videre omfatter et første rørformet teleskoperende element (30) som avgrenser en passasje i dette og har en første tetning (48) som er montert innvendig i passasjen tilstøtende dens nedre ende, for, som et resultat av at det første rørformede element (30) teleskoperer i forhold til huset uten rotasjon, gjentatt å kunne bringes tettende inn og ut av inngrep med de utvendige overflater av en flerhet av rør som det ene etter det andre kjøres inn i eller ut av brønnen, slik at trykksatte fluider kan passere gjennom den første og annen forbindelse i begge retninger.
2. Apparat for tilførsel eller mottak av fluider i forbindelse med rør som kjøres inn i eller ut av en brønn, karakterisert ved at det omfatter: en ramme som understøtter et hus (10), idet huset har en første og en annen fluidforbindelse; idet huset (10) videre omfatter et første teleskoperende element (30) som har en første tetning (48) tilstøtende sin nedre ende for tettende inngrep med et rør som skal kjøres inn i eller tas ut av brønnen, slik at fluider kan passere gjennom den første og annen forbindelse i begge retninger; idet huset ved sin nedre ende omfatter en gjenge (22) som ved relativ rotasjon av huset (10) i forhold til det teleskoperende element (30) kan bringes i inngrep med gjengen (24) på et rør (20).
3. Apparat ifølge krav 2, karakterisert ved at rammen omfatter en flerhet av armer (62,64) som er dreibart montert til bøyler (58,60) som understøtter et løfteredskap (56) for å muliggjøre bevegelse av huset ut av vei for fastgjøring av rør i løfteredskapet (56), og inn i stilling for tettende inngrep med et rør i løfteredskapet (56).
4. Apparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at det videre omfatter et annet teleskoperende element som har en annen tetning og som er bevegelig utover i en motsatt retning fra det første teleskoperende element (30), slik at, når huset beveges inn i stilling over et rør (20), strekker den første tetning (48) seg til inngrep med røret, og den annen tetning strekker seg til tettende inngrep med et toppdrevet rotasjonssystem (54) som understøtter bøylene (58,60) for muliggjøring av fluidstrøm i en av to motsatte retninger gjennom det toppdrevne rotasjonssystem (54).
5. Apparat ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at det første teleskoperende element (102) avgrenser en passasje i dette; og et bevegelsesstopp (138) på det første teleskoperende element (102) i passasjen for posisjonering av den første tetning (128) på røret.
6. Apparat ifølge krav 5, karakterisert ved at bevegelsesstoppet (138) er utvidbart for å tillate at det skyves ut av vei av et parti av huset (76) som kan bevege seg translatorisk i forhold til det første teleskoperende element (102).
7. Apparat ifølge krav 6, karakterisert ved at huset (76) har en gjenge ved sin nedre ende, hvilken kan bringes i inngrep med røret ved relativ bevegelse av huset (76) i forhold til det første teleskoperende element (102).

9. Apparat ifølge krav 8, karakterisert ved at aktuering av det første teleskoperende element (102) aktuerer et ventilelement (84) i ventillegemet (80) mot åpen og lukket stilling.
10. Apparat ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at den første tetningen (48) på det teleskoperende elementet (30) er montert tilstøtende en nedre ende av denne og har en tetningsdiameter som er slik at det teleskoperende elementet (30) ved påføring av et innvendig trykk i legemet (10) påføres en netto kraft som holder tetningen i kontakt med røret.
11. Apparat ifølge krav 10, karakterisert ved at huset (10) videre omfatter en forbindelse ved sin nedre ende (14); idet det teleskoperende elementet (30) er tilstrekkelig uttrekkbar til å blottlegge forbindelsen, for å gjøre det mulig for den å bli selektivt tettende festet til røret.
12. Apparat ifølge krav 10, karakterisert ved at en slambesparingsventil (16) som kan innsettes i passasjen, idet slambesparingsventilen (16) kan overvinnes av trykk i passasjen, med tetningen i tettende inngrep med røret.
13. Apparat ifølge krav 5, karakterisert ved et bevegelsesstopp (138) på det teleskoperende element (102), hvilket er utvidbart til å befinne seg på sidene av legemet (76), og som trekker seg sammen til en liten nok dimensjon til å gå i inngrep med røret når det føres frem forbi legemet (76).
14. Apparat ifølge krav 13, karakterisert ved at legemet (76) ved en kam virkning presser bevegelsesstoppet (138) til sin utvidede posisjon, og at det teleskoperende element (102) omfatter en stoppflate som definerer bevegelsesstoppens (138) sammentrukkede posisjon.
15. Apparat ifølge krav 14, karakterisert ved at det videre omfatter: en ventil (80) i passasjen, hvilken aktiveres ved bevegelse av det teleskoperende element (102).

19. Apparat ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at det første teleskoperende element (30) er forbundet ved hjelp av en lås som virker som en uttagbar fastspenning til huset (10).
20. Apparat ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at det videre omfatter: to bevegelige komponenter som er bevegelige i motsatte retninger for å forlenge lengden av legemet (10) og selektivt tette legemet (10) til røret i én ende, og en slamtilførselskilde ved en motsatt ende.
