Abstract
The present disclosure is a device and a method for the adjustment of the position between a pile or other types of foundations and the item to be anchored to the foundation. Adjustments can be made for translation, rotational angle, and cant angle. This is especially beneficial for applications where the foundations need to line up; such as for fence work, and light poles. The invention uses an interface plate (4) that is attached to a foundation (1) by an interface connector (8). One or more locking devices (5) are located inside passages in the interface plate (4) and able to rotate freely. Risers (10) and sloped risers (101) inserted between the interface plate (4) and the rotation base (71) allow for cant angle and height adjustment. The rotational angle adjustment is provided by a freely rotatable base (71) that is locked in position on use by bolts through an upper plate (6) and into the interface plate (4).The present disclosure is a device and a method for adjusting the position between a pile or other types of foundations and the item to be anchored to the foundation. Adjustments can be made for translation, rotational angle, and cant angle. This is especially beneficial for applications where the foundations need to line up; such as for fence work, and light poles. The invention uses an interface plate (4) which is attached to a foundation (1) by an interface connector (8). One or more locking devices (5) are located inside passages in the interface plate (4) and can rotate freely. Risers (10) and sloped risers (101) inserted between the interface plate (4) and the rotation base (71) allow for cant angle and height adjustment. The rotational angle adjustment is provided by a freely rotatable base (71) which is locked in position on use by bolts through an upper plate (6) and into the interface plate (4).
