Abstract
En fremgangsmåte for avkjøling av en undersjøisk produksjonsfluid av hydrokarbon produkt fra over en faststoffdannelsestemperatur for videre transport under nevnte temperatur i form av slurry, som omfatter trinnene med tilførsel av produksjonsfluidet gjennom en lumen (8') der varme blir overført gjennom lumenveggen (9') til et omgivende kjølemiddel for utfelling av materiale som er oppløst i produksjonsfluidet, samt trinnet med å løsne mulig vedheft faststoff fra lumenveggen ved hjelp av en runner (12) som passerer med produksjonsfluidstrømmen gjennom lumenen. Produksjonsfluidet er initiert avkjølt til en temperatur som fortsatt er over temperaturen for faststoffdannelse på et sted oppstrøms for nevnte lumen (81). Oppfinnelsen viser også til et avkjølingssystem for und8rsjøisk hydrokarbonproduksjonfluid som omfatter en passiv enhet (2) og en aktiv enhet (3) innrettet i rekkefølge i produksjonsfluidstrømmen. Idet den passive enheten (2) omfatter en første lumen (8) og den aktive enheten omfatter en andre lumen (8') innrettet til å motta det forhåndsavkjølte produksjonsfluidet fra den første lumen i den passive enheten, og å slippe dette ut som slurry som omfatter faststoffer innblandet i produksjonsfluidet.
