Abstract

Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte for påføring av et enkeltsjikt eller flersjikt antikorrosjonsbelegg på et metallisk substrat som er del av en rørledning eller et kanaltilbehør for nedgraving eller nedsenking for transport av et fluid som vann, petroleumsprodukter, gass og rengjøringsprodukter. I henhold til oppfinnelsen omfatter denne metode: a) preparering av overflaten av substratet ved kun mekaniske midler; b) påføring av en adhesjonspromoter på den preparerte overflate omfattende en vandig oppløsning av minst et silan uten noen ytterligere kjemisk prosess; c) påføring av et sjikt av en epoksyharpiks pulverformig maling på overflaten belagt med adhesjonspromoter; og d) anvendelse av minst en termisk prosess på overflaten av minst substratet der minst et trinn d) for termisk prosessering gjennomføres mellom trinnene a) og b) eller mellom trinnene b) og c).
